Arrived in San Diego according to plan. Big thanks to Rob for the hosting and ride to campo. First miles rolled by easy and I found myself grinning from my choice of trail. Flowers bloom next to burnt fingers of chapperel and green scrubs. Pushed to 20 miles to first c ground to avoid dry camping. Friday was brutally hot. Made 18 after getting lost for an hour. Lots of blisters. 5 miles today to town for blister care. See how they feel in am. 66 miles to next town...
